TSPV - Service Desk Analyst
Be at the frontline of technical support and service delivery in a high-security environment, assisting users with system access, IT issues, and incident response. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide critical support to a secure government organisation within a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Location: Onsite - Canberra, ACT

Key Duties:
  • Respond to and manage support requests, providing first-line investigation and resolution or referral
  • Assist in incident triage, diagnosis, escalation, and documentation in line with agreed procedures
  • Provision and decommission end-user equipment and services; manage equipment lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with end users and team members, ensuring clear updates and resolutions
Key Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Level 1–2 IT support across a range of services and hardware
  • Knowledge of and experience with incident management frameworks and tools
  • Understanding of QA processes and evidence handling in technical support contexts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills within secure ICT environments

Contract Duration: 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension options.
 
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
