Knowledge Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Knowledge Manager to lead the enhancement and governance of enterprise-wide knowledge practices. Working with a range of business units and platform owners, you'll drive consistent, effective self-service content that reduces demand on support channels while delivering quality customer experiences. Your focus on strategic alignment, governance, and knowledge-centred support will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and information reuse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise knowledge management framework in line with ITIL and organisational goals
- Support teams in creating and maintaining user-friendly knowledge content
- Establish governance models and lifecycle processes for article management
- Collaborate across support and service teams to embed knowledge into daily operations
- Demonstrated experience in ICT or business knowledge management roles
- Strong grasp of ITIL and best practice frameworks for knowledge governance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Analytical skills to identify content gaps and improve knowledge effectiveness
