This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with experience in complex environments and a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the integrated RTP platform on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Manage vendor performance, systems integration, data migration, UAT, and payroll cutover
- Establish governance frameworks and maintain documentation, reporting directly to senior leadership
- Drive change management strategies to support high adoption and minimise disruption during transition
- 8–10+ years’ experience in project management, delivering HR, Payroll, or Workforce platforms
- Proven leadership in complex implementations across healthcare, defence, or government
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM/ERP integrations and workforce system compliance
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
