Lead DevOps Engineer – TSPV Cleared (Permanent Opportunity)
Location: Melbourne (preferred) or Canberra

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps/Kubernetes team.
- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and compliant software delivery.
- Drive platform modernization, infrastructure reliability, and migration projects.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes (Rancher/RKE2), Docker, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong skills in AWS and hybrid on-prem environments.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across technical functions.
