TSPV/ NV2 - Project Officers | 12+12+12 Month Contract
Location: QLD, ACT, VIC (Onsite only)
Are you an experienced Project Officer with Positive Vetting (TSPV or NV2) clearance, ready to support complex and high-profile programs? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a secure environment where your project coordination skills will support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. You'll play a key role in planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities that directly impact national operations.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a minimum NV2 clearance to perform this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting across multiple project phases
- Contribute to test, evaluation, and acceptance activities in line with project objectives
- Draft project briefs, reports, and committee submissions with attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and maintain accurate project records
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Officer or similar role
- Familiarity with project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, SaFE) and strong MS365 skills
- Ability to work across multiple priorities with high attention to process and quality
- Experience supporting small projects or sub-projects, including risk and cost tracking
