Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements across complex security and infrastructure projects
- Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders to evaluate and define business needs and capability expectations
- Review and enhance business processes through strategic analysis and re-engineering methods
- Prepare test/validation plans, support change management, and contribute to ongoing improvements and documentation
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across complex environments
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, business process analysis, and documentation
- Ability to prepare reports, requirement specifications, and contribute to organisational change initiatives
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
