Senior Business Analyst
Play a key role in shaping the design and implementation of a program and project management tool for a large federal department. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will drive the discovery and documentation of business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and system evaluation. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence project success in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document current/future state business processes and workflows
- Engage stakeholders to gather and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Develop business requirements documents, reporting tools, and recommendation reports
- Evaluate and compare system options, including hybrid and existing tools, for initiative reporting
- Experience in business modelling, process improvement, and requirements definition (SFIA Level 4–5)
- Ability to manage complex business situation analyses and feasibility assessments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical groups
- Proven experience facilitating workshops, producing documentation, and supporting change delivery
