Project Manager – Security Infrastructure & Property (NV1)

Essential Tasks
- Lead security infrastructure and property/technology projects through all five phases: Initiation, Design & Document, Delivery, HOTO and DLP.
- Manage project scope, risks, variations and change control while keeping delivery on time and on budget.
- Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with PSPF, security tech notes and relevant building regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk and communications plans, governance reports and lessons learned, while supporting skills transfer to APS staff.
- Proven experience managing complex security, property or infrastructure projects in government or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong capability in cost estimating, budgeting, monitoring, and contract administration, including fee negotiation and variations.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply security and compliance frameworks (e.g. PSPF) within property/technology project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including clear reporting to senior governance forums and managing projects locally and remotely.
