EL1 Digital & Data Project Manager | IT & Business Delivery
Join a small, high-impact Digital, Data & Transformation team and take ownership of end-to-end delivery for multiple small-to-medium ICT and business projects. You’ll drive planning, governance, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement—delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget while helping uplift project management capability across the organisation.
Location: Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Canberra, Dubbo, Goondiwindi, Melbourne, Mildura or Sydney
Contract Duration: 12 months (potential 6-month extension) | Start: March 2026
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and deliver multiple small–medium ICT and business projects end-to-end
- Produce and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, risks)
- Manage vendors/suppliers and contracts in line with Commonwealth procurement rules
- Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, risks, and financials to stakeholders
- 5+ years’ project management experience (ICT/business/transformation), ideally Gov-adjacent
- Strong waterfall delivery experience in small teams and/or autonomously with vendors
- Sound knowledge of procurement frameworks plus proven contract management capability
- Confident stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance discipline
