Location: ACT
- Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extensions
- Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold and maintain TSPV
- Closing Date: 10am Thursday 26 February 2026
- Deliver end-to-end change strategies across one or more technology initiatives
- Run stakeholder analysis, change impact and business readiness assessments
- Develop and execute change and communications plans to drive awareness and buy-in
- Partner with training/L&D to uplift capability and support benefits realisation
- 5+ years’ organisational change experience in complex, technology-driven environments
- Proven use of structured change methods (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, influencing at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft clear change messaging
