TSPV ICT Project Manager | Lead High-Impact Delivery (5 Roles)
Step into a fast-moving ICT program where you’ll independently run a small portfolio of projects end-to-end—bringing structure, momentum and strong governance to complex delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage schedule/budget/risk, and keep outcomes aligned to strategic priorities in a sensitive environment.
Location: Canberra, AC
Contract Duration: 12 + 12 + 12 months (extensions available)
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV (or TSPA) required (or held within the past 12 months)

Essential Tasks:
- Manage delivery of a small set of ICT projects using established methodologies
- Drive stakeholder engagement (including senior executives) to shape and land outcomes
- Lead governance: initiation to BAU transition/closure, reporting, boards, and approvals
- Own delivery controls: scope, schedule, budget/financials, risks, issues and quality metrics
- Proven experience delivering complex ICT projects with senior stakeholder visibility
- Strong reporting, planning and delivery tracking across milestones and baselined financials
- Excellent stakeholder engagement—clear communication, negotiation and relationship building
- Delivery across methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid) and adherence to processes
