Network Technical Project Manager – Secure Cloud Gateway & Access Secure Edge (DASE)
Lead the technical uplift of a cloud-native secure gateway capability supporting PROTECTED environments. You’ll guide network engineering teams across design and delivery assurance, documentation refinement, risk management, and end-to-end testing/validation—helping mature an established MVP into a resilient, centrally managed distributed solution.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: Until June 2026 with potential extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for network engineering teams and deliverables
- Lead design & delivery assurance, including documentation reviews and uplift activities
- Manage technical planning/execution, identify risks, and drive remediation (incl. POA&Ms)
- Oversee testing and validation, improving deployments and validating design constraints
- Strong experience leading network engineering delivery in complex, secure environments (SFIA 6 level)
- Background in secure cloud connectivity/gateway/SASE-style solutions and network assurance
- Proven ability to refine technical documentation, configurations, and delivery artefacts
- Confident stakeholder engagement—able to translate technical detail for varied audiences
