Job Title: ICT Program Manager – Portfolio Governance & Delivery (NV1 essential)
Join a busy portfolio management office where you’ll provide strategic oversight across multiple ICT initiatives. You’ll lead governance, manage interdependencies, support project teams, and keep delivery on track through clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and strong risk/issue management.
Location: ACT (Canberra)
Contract Duration: 12 months (two possible 12-month extension options)
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1 essential

Essential Tasks:
- Provide program-level leadership across multiple ICT projects, managing interdependencies and outcomes
- Deliver monthly program dashboards covering financials, milestones, achievements, risks and issues
- Guide Project Managers through governance forums and delivery processes (boards, reviews, gates)
- Support scope/schedule/cost/benefits control and enable effective resourcing and change activities
- 5+ years delivering ICT projects across varied sizes/complexity and delivery approaches
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or end-to-end programs in complex ICT environments
- PRINCE2, PMBOK (or equivalent) certification, plus MSP (or equivalent)
- Strong written communication and stakeholder collaboration, with experience coaching/leading teams
