The Role

Join a large, multi-stream transformation program and lead the design of intuitive, user-centred experiences across new and uplifted digital systems. You’ll run discovery and research, translate insights into practical design outcomes, and partner closely with delivery teams to embed user-centred design and uplift UX maturity across the program.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead and plan user research, testing and discovery activities with stakeholders
• Turn research/data insights into evidence-based UX recommendations and outcomes
• Produce UX artefacts (journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes)
• Promote design guidelines and best practices to uplift UX standards and consistency

 
Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven UX design experience across web and mobile, delivering user-centred outcomes
• Strong research and usability testing capability; skilled in personas/journeys/blueprints
• Proficiency with tools such as Axure RP, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
• Confident communicator and collaborator with technical and non-technical audiences
