Lead ICT Network Delivery Project Manager (NV1–TSPV) – Canberra
Join a high-impact delivery team managing the rollout of a replacement IT network capability, modernising an end-of-life legacy environment. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of planning, delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement across complex ICT projects—driving outcomes through strong leadership, disciplined controls, and pragmatic delivery.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months (potential two 12-month extension options)
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1–TSPV (minimum NV1; higher clearances advantageous)
Closing Date: Monday, 2 March 2026 – 10:00am (Canberra time)

Essential Tasks
- Lead planning, development and implementation of complex ICT projects to meet organisational needs
- Manage procurements, schedules, reporting, financials, and governance (risk/issues/change control)
- Deliver complex system and network migrations across platforms with strong delivery discipline
- Engage and lead diverse stakeholder groups, escalating issues effectively to executives
- Proven experience delivering ICT infrastructure/network projects in secure environments
- Demonstrated capability leading complex migrations and organisational change initiatives
- Strong governance experience: reporting, financial management, risk/issue & change control
- Excellent stakeholder leadership and communication across large, multi-disciplinary groups
