Essential Tasks:
- Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards and database/ATS searching
- Maintain candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS and assist with reporting
- Provide a great candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and strong relationship skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Proactive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
