Responsibilities
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Microsoft 365 platform streams and dependent teams
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and impediments to support predictable delivery outcomes
- Drive reporting, service readiness and operational handover activities across the program
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master in complex ICT programs
- Strong experience delivering work across Microsoft 365 environments such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange
- Ability to manage hybrid agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban and dependent waterfall processes
- Relevant certification such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP or equivalent
