Systems Manager – Emerging ICT Projects
We are seeking a capable Systems Manager to support emerging ICT capability outcomes within a complex, high-security environment. This role will focus on coordinating system enhancements, sustainment assurance activities, lifecycle actions, licensing compliance and cross-functional delivery support across assigned networked capabilities. Working closely with product leadership, technical teams and operational stakeholders, you will help drive uplift activities, maintain delivery momentum and support capability outcomes aligned with governance, readiness and stakeholder priorities.
Contract Duration: 30 April 2026 to 30 September 2027, with up to 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current NV2 clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead planning and delivery of approved system enhancements, including scope, schedule, budget and dependencies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary resources across engineering, cyber, logistics, training and procurement functions.
- Monitor lifecycle review actions, licensing compliance, documentation updates and sustainment activities.
- Provide reporting inputs, risk escalation and stakeholder coordination to support delivery and operational readiness.
- Experience leading ICT projects, sustainment activities or system improvement initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle management, configuration, licensing and documentation requirements.
- Ability to coordinate technical and operational stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with ITSM, change management or structured enhancement delivery processes.
