Essential Tasks:
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent program initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines
- Manage program governance, benefits tracking, reporting, and executive briefing activities
- Resolve risks, issues, and change impacts in partnership with senior stakeholders and project leads
- Mentor teams and stakeholders while ensuring program artefacts and documentation are maintained to required standards
- Proven experience delivering complex programs across business and technology environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting and advice
- Demonstrated capability in program governance, benefits management, and risk and issue management
- Australian citizenship is required, along with the ability to work in a secure and sensitive environment
