Responsibilities
- Receive, document and progress compensation claims in line with legislation and policy
- Manage inbound and outbound client and representative enquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records and update client information across case management systems
- Research and collate sensitive information to support claim assessments and decisions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in claims support, case administration or processing sensitive client matters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to interpret policy, procedures and legislative guidelines in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, representatives and internal stakeholders
