Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of service and operating models across complex ICT environments
- Develop service design documentation and identify transition or modernisation strategies
- Establish high-level testing and validation plans and assess design constraints
- Define service measures, interfaces, and roadmaps to support operability and continuity
Desired Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience leading ICT service design in secure or highly regulated environments
- Proven ability to define operating models, service patterns, and performance measures
- Strong documentation and visual communication skills, including service blueprints and operating models
- Demonstrated ability to balance performance, security, cost, and risk in service design decisions
