Essential Tasks:
- Deliver detailed change impact analysis for system releases and related business changes
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to identify impacts and support adoption
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and contribute to risk identification and mitigation
- Support training delivery and develop user guides and support materials as required
- Proven experience delivering change impact assessments in an IT delivery environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
