Essential Tasks:
- Refine website content to improve usability and encourage self-service.
- Develop user-facing resources including guides, interactive content and video materials.
- Improve helpdesk support materials, scripts, processes and training resources.
- Support stakeholder communication and engagement activities across a major system uplift.
- Proven experience delivering content, communications or engagement outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability working proactively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of communications practices across customer relationship management, contracts, calculations or payment-related systems.
