We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex projects within secure, high-impact environments. These opportunities are ideal for confident leaders who can manage multi-disciplined teams, oversee schedules, budgets, risks and resources, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering outcomes within agreed project parameters.
Location QLD, ACT, VIC
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Positive Vetting clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and manage multi-disciplined teams to deliver project outcomes, governance activities, and strategic planning support
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, reporting, briefings, and project submissions
- Apply project management methodologies and oversee change control, performance monitoring, and quality reviews
- Build and sustain stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and drive project delivery against agreed plans
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in complex or secure environments
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or similar
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and risk-based decision making
- Experience leading medium-scale projects with accountability for delivery, quality, cost, and timeframes
