Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a major workforce management transformation? This role will oversee the implementation of an integrated rostering, time sheeting and payroll ecosystem, coordinating vendors, technical integrations, governance, change adoption and go-live activities across a complex multi-location environment.

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a major workforce management transformation? This role will oversee the implementation of an integrated rostering, time sheeting and payroll ecosystem, coordinating vendors, technical integrations, governance, change adoption and go-live activities across a complex multi-location environment.
Contract Duration: 12–18 months
Essential Tasks:
- Develop and execute the implementation plan, schedule and governance framework.
- Manage vendor delivery, milestones, integrations, data migration, UAT and cutover.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Finance and IT to align solution design.
- Lead change, training, go-live, hypercare and knowledge transfer activities.
- 8–10 years’ project management experience delivering large-scale HR, Payroll or Workforce Management systems.
- Strong experience with rostering, time sheeting or payroll implementations.
- Knowledge of ERP, HRIS and finance system integrations, particularly Oracle HCM/ERP.
- Formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
