Active Directory & Entra ID SME | NV2 Cleared Identity Specialist Compas is seeking a highly skilled Active Directory and Entra ID SME to support the upgrade, maintenance and delivery of critical ICT identity services. This role is ideal for an experienced identity management specialist with deep Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, strong troubleshooting capability and experience supporting secure enterprise environments.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with up to 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required
Closing Date: 10:00am, Friday, 05 June 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Manage, monitor, maintain and administer Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, tooling and secure identity practices.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise hardware and software issues, including root cause analysis.
• Support infrastructure project delivery, including upgrades, migrations and deployments.

Key Criteria:

• Strong technical expertise across Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy and AD Connect.
• Experience with permission delegation, role-based administration and privileged access controls.
• Ability to maintain and upgrade enterprise identity services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server and security tools such as Defender, Sophos or Tenable.
