Compas is seeking an ICT Technical Lead to lead development and implementation activities across a complex secure ICT program. This role is suited to a hands-on technical leader with strong development, implementation, integration and assurance experience.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead ICT development and implementation activities.
- Translate solution designs into secure, maintainable technical outputs.
- Support integration, testing and verification activities.
- Manage technical risks, issues and dependencies across the lifecycle.
- Strong ICT development, implementation and integration experience.
- Experience guiding technical teams in complex delivery environments.
- Knowledge of technical assurance, architecture and ICT frameworks.
- Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality technical outcomes.
