Compas is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead program-level risk and issue management across a large, complex and high-profile infrastructure program. This role is ideal for a proactive risk professional who can provide clear advice, strengthen governance, support audit readiness and help senior leaders make confident, evidence-based decisions.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and maintain program-level risk and issue registers, templates and governance rhythms.
- Identify, assess and monitor strategic, operational, financial, probity and reputational risks.
- Deliver executive risk reporting, briefings, trend analysis and forward-looking advice.
- Partner with assurance, audit, legal/probity and finance teams to strengthen risk controls.
- Demonstrated experience leading risk and issue management in complex program environments.
- Strong judgement, analysis and ability to test controls, treatments and risk ratings.
- Experience supporting audits, assurance activity and defensible risk documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior executives and external partners.
