Enterprise Architecture Leader – Digital Transformation Roadmaps:
Compas is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture leader to guide strategic technology direction, shape architecture frameworks, and support major digital transformation initiatives across a complex public sector environment. This is a senior role suited to someone who can influence executives, translate business strategy into sustainable operating models, and develop practical technology roadmaps across business, data, applications, infrastructure, security and integration.
Location:ACT
Contract Duration:
12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement:
Current NV1 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, principles and roadmaps.
- Drive core systems capability strategy and promote reuse of common platforms and solutions.
- Create and maintain architectural models, standards and guiding principles.
- Engage senior and executive stakeholders to align technology capabilities with digital strategy.
- Extensive enterprise architecture experience across Federal or State Government environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence executives and technical teams.
- Significant experience developing architecture frameworks, principles and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level strategic documents and artefacts.
