Senior Business Analysts: 
Dynamics, PowerApps or ServiceNow Compas is seeking three experienced Senior Business Analysts to support key ICT project delivery across major digital platforms. This role is suited to strong business analysts with demonstrated experience in either Microsoft Dynamics/PowerApps or ServiceNow and service catalogue management, with the ability to engage stakeholders, document requirements and support delivery across the project lifecycle.

Essential Tasks:

• Gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions.
• Liaise with stakeholders, testers, developers and project teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Criteria:

• Proven ability to prepare high-quality business analysis deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver concurrent work to deadlines while responding flexibly to change.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics/PowerApps or ServiceNow and service catalogue management.
