ICT Project Delivery Officer | Secure Program Environment
Support the successful delivery of ICT projects in a secure, high-impact environment. This role is ideal for a proactive Project Officer with strong coordination, documentation, stakeholder engagement and project governance experience.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Support ICT project delivery, implementation and coordination activities.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, resources, costs, tasks and status reporting.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, reports, meeting minutes and records.
- Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, risk tracking and issue management.
- 2–5 years’ experience in a Project Officer or project-related role.
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar project delivery practices.
- Proficiency using project management tools.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or AIPM CPPP certification desirable.
