Essential Tasks:
- Design, code, test, review, document, and release large or highly complex software solutions in line with agreed standards
- Lead software development, configuration, release, and deployment activities across secure delivery environments
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve complex engineering issues and deliver business outcomes
- Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to software engineering standards, strategy, and continuous improvement
- Strong experience across complex software development, software design, and release or deployment practices
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, algorithms, data structures, databases, SQL, and version control systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and software engineering activities in secure or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, configuration management, and quality-focused delivery
