Microsoft 365 Endpoint Security Engineer | Permanent Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer to support the secure management, hardening and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments. This permanent role is suited to a hands-on engineer with 3–5 years’ experience across Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, vulnerability management, automation and modern workplace technologies.

Essential Tasks:
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies across Windows and macOS devices.
- Implement endpoint hardening controls including ASR rules, BitLocker and security baselines.
- Support vulnerability management, remediation workflows, patching and compliance reporting.
- Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API automation for reporting and remediation.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an M365, endpoint, SOE or modern workplace role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience with Tenable, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, Autopilot, PowerShell and macOS hardening.
