Lead Delivery Manager – Managed ICT Services & Transition Delivery
Join a high-impact ICT environment as a Lead Delivery Manager, overseeing managed ICT services, vendor performance, service transition and stakeholder engagement. This Canberra-based contract is suited to an experienced delivery professional with strong APS tender experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage technical projects across complex operational environments.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Oversee the successful delivery of managed ICT services against SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead service transition activities, including stakeholder engagement and readiness.
- Support contract review/renewal and Approach to Market activities.
- Manage risks, issues, releases, documentation, meetings and action tracking.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects in complex ICT environments.
- Experience with APS Approach to Market and tender processes.
- Strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with vendors, customers and stakeholders.
