Senior Salesforce Support Analyst | Service Cloud, Health Cloud & OmniStudio
Join a dynamic technology team delivering innovative Salesforce solutions across major digital and cloud programs. This role suits an experienced Salesforce Support Analyst with strong Level 2/3 support capability, hands-on platform administration skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Digital Experience and OmniStudio environments.
Location: Hybrid – ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA
Contract Duration: 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Maintain and configure Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot OmniStudio components, APIs, integrations and log sources.
- Perform Salesforce administration, data integrity checks, configuration management and monitoring.
- Deploy changes via an existing DevOps framework and support Agile delivery activities.
- 4–5 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience providing Level 2/3 support for Salesforce applications.
- Exposure to Apex, OOP concepts, triggers, controllers and classes for debugging.
- Salesforce Admin ADM201 or ADM211 and Platform App Builder certification.
