Business Analyst | Child Support Reform Program:
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements, stakeholder and process analysis skills? This role will see you support a major reform program focused on improving system capability, payment compliance and protections for vulnerable families. You will work across policy, ICT and operational teams to define clear requirements, support workshops and produce high-quality analysis artefacts that guide decision making and delivery.

Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Elicit, analyse, prioritise and document clear business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage competing priorities.
- Analyse business processes, rules, constraints and improvement opportunities.
- Develop artefacts supporting scope, risk, change and implementation planning.
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirements lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and resolve conflicting inputs.
- Experience producing clear, testable and traceable documentation.
- Strong change, risk, dependency and quality assurance analysis skills.
