Location Onsite - Canberra
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Design and deliver end-to-end change strategies aligned with the PROSCI ADKAR framework
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to support adoption of new systems and processes
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness reviews, and risk analysis to reduce resistance and support smooth transition
- Partner with project teams to align change milestones with delivery schedules and measure adoption success
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience leading complex business change activities across large programs
- Strong experience applying structured change methodologies, including PROSCI ADKAR
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with project delivery teams to drive adoption and business readiness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, and relationship management skills
