APS6 Program Coordinator – Non-Ongoing Role with Permanent Potential

Essential Tasks:
- Support monthly project status reporting, milestone reporting, and Project Board processes.
- Provide program administration support across governance, PMO, and project management functions.
- Review project artefacts and support assurance activities across ICT projects and portfolios.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools, processes, and reporting.
- Strong program/project coordination experience within a PMO or ICT portfolio environment.
- Demonstrated experience in governance, risk, issue, assurance, and performance reporting.
- Ability to analyse complex information and translate insights into clear executive-level reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technical, and external teams.
