Location Onsite - Canberra
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role.

Essential Tasks:
- Administer identity and access management systems including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and access control activities
- Monitor IDAM platform health, performance, and security while supporting automation, audit reporting, and operational procedures
- Investigate and resolve access violations, authentication failures, and identity-related security incidents
- Work closely with technology, security, and system administration teams to support secure identity and access outcomes across enterprise environments
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in security operations, identity and access management, or a closely related ICT security discipline
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, access governance, and privileged access management
- Experience supporting enterprise IDAM integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, HR systems, SIEM tools, and ITSM environments
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, or similar
