Operational Support Manager – Payment Reviews | Baseline Clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Provide operational support across the payment review area.
- Interpret and apply legislation, policy, business rules and procedures.
- Lead quality, technical review and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop guidance material, decision tools, training products and procedures.
- Strong technical and policy interpretation skills.
- Ability to identify systemic issues and implement process improvements.
- Highly developed written communication skills for briefs, reports and records.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to explain complex matters clearly.
