Lead Penetration Tester | TSPV Clearance | ACT Onsite
Compas is seeking experienced Lead Penetration Testers to support complex cyber security testing across critical ICT applications and gateway infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for senior penetration testing specialists to lead high-impact technical activities, deliver objective vulnerability insights, and provide authoritative advice in a secure, mission-focused environment.
Location: ACT – Onsite
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV security clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Conduct penetration testing of ICT applications and gateway infrastructure.
- Utilise penetration testing techniques, frameworks, and tools.
- Develop plans and procedures for penetration testing activities.
- Record approaches, techniques, results, and recommendations in detailed reports.
- Strong experience planning and leading complex penetration testing activities.
- Demonstrated digital forensics capability aligned to SFIA Level 4.
- Experience conducting simulated attack exercises using commercial or bespoke tools.
- Ability to provide specialist cyber security advice and contribute to testing standards.
