Application Support Analyst – Secure Data Platform Program
Join a major secure enterprise data program delivering foundational data integration, analytics, and platform capability across complex protected environments. This Application Support Analyst role is ideal for a technically strong support professional with experience in containerised platforms, application operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ITIL-aligned service management.
Location: ACT, VIC
Contract Duration: 11 months, commencing 1 August 2026, possible extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Provide operational support, administration, monitoring, and maintenance for business-critical applications and platform services.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, platform, and integration issues within agreed support processes and SLAs.
- Monitor system health, performance, availability, and capacity to maintain service continuity.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge articles.
- Experience providing application and platform support in complex enterprise ICT environments.
- Practical experience with IBM Fusion, Red Hat OpenShift, or comparable containerised platforms.
- Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management in an ITIL-aligned environment.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
