Compliance Officer – Baseline Cleared Contract Role:
Join a compliance-focused team supporting important review activities across payment and compensation invoice processes. This role suits a detail-oriented Compliance Officer with strong evidence assessment, stakeholder engagement, decision documentation and records management skills.

Location: VIC, WA 
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required
Closing Date: 10:00am, 21 July 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Conduct Manual Payment Review compliance reviews using approved checklists.
• Review compensation invoices, medical reports and information requests.
• Analyse data and assess outcomes against legislation, policy and business rules.
• Document clear, accurate decisions with detailed rationale and evidence.

Key Criteria:

• Current Baseline security clearance.
• Strong compliance review, evidence assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, registers and confidential information.
