This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Requirements Engineer who can lead end-to-end requirements activities across complex projects, work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, and ensure requirements are clearly defined, traceable, prioritised, and aligned to strategic outcomes.
Location Onsite - ACT
Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract to 14 September 2027, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Plan and lead end-to-end requirements activities across large and complex capability projects
- Elicit, analyse, validate, prioritise, and manage business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, consensus, sign-off, and negotiation of competing priorities and trade-offs
- Maintain requirements baselines, govern change, and assess impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and solution design
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements engineering activities aligned to REQM Level 5 for complex ICT or capability programs
- Strong ability to engage diverse business and technical stakeholders and translate needs into clear, feasible, and testable requirements
- Experience establishing baselines, version control, traceability, and structured change management for requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a high-security environment with discretion, sound judgement, and strong stakeholder management skills
