Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract to 14 September 2027, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, systems, and components using approved tools, frameworks, and programming languages
- Analyse business and technical requirements to deliver effective, secure, and scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, business analysts, customers, and engineers to plan, estimate, and deliver software outcomes
- Troubleshoot issues, improve existing solutions, and maintain technical documentation in line with project and security requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex software solutions in secure or highly governed environments
- Strong capability in software design aligned to SWDN Level 5, including design trade-offs, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Experience contributing to code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-functional technical delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a high-security environment with discretion, sound judgement, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
