Senior Business Analyst | Digital Transformation | Baseline Clearance:
Compas is seeking two highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a major digital transformation project focused on business capability identification, prioritisation and delivery. This role is ideal for skilled BAs with strong stakeholder engagement, requirements management and Agile delivery experience, working closely with business and technical teams to support roadmap outcomes, release objectives and successful project delivery.
Location: Canberra City, ACT | Hybrid
Contract Duration: 6 August 2026 to 31 June 2027, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Lead business analysis activities across requirements, features, process improvements and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with business, project and technical teams.
- Prioritise and manage requirements against milestones, releases, dependencies and roadmap deliverables.
- Support business assurance, solution design reviews, feature refinement and UAT activities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on transformation or digital projects.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability and business process mapping.
- Proven Agile or hybrid delivery experience, including backlog refinement and feature prioritisation.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Microsoft 365.
