ICT Risk & Audit Manager | NV1 | Canberra
Take the lead in ICT audit, assurance and risk management within a large-scale, complex technology environment. This Canberra-based contract offers the opportunity to coordinate major audit activities, advise senior stakeholders, strengthen governance outcomes and guide the remediation of ICT risk findings.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance is mandatory

Essential Tasks
- Coordinate internal and external ICT audits, assurance activities and audit fieldwork.
- Manage audit stakeholders, technical specialists, partner agencies and executive expectations.
- Track and report audit findings, recommendations, risks and remediation actions.
- Analyse recurring risk themes and mentor team members on ICT audit and risk matters.
- Extensive ICT audit and assurance experience within Australian Government environments.
- Strong knowledge of ICT audit standards, risk frameworks, COBIT and ITIL.
- Relevant certification or qualification, such as CISA, CRISC or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, executive communication and analytical skills.
