Identity Governance & Administration Engineer | ICAM

Shape Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and ICAM governance for a major identity program, developing policies, assurance frameworks and secure authentication approaches across complex enterprise environments.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10:00am, 09 April 2026

Essential Tasks

• Develop and maintain ICAM policies, standards, governance frameworks and assurance documentation.
• Define governance roles, responsibilities, decision-making authorities and escalation pathways.
• Support Privacy Impact Assessments, data protection assessments and identity data governance.
• Apply governance and auditability to identity, security logging and audit data within SIEM environments.

Key Criteria

• Strong experience developing ICAM governance, policy, standards and assurance frameworks.
• Detailed understanding of MFA, Zero Trust Architecture and authentication methods.
• Experience aligning policy and governance with ISM, DSPF and NIST security frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership and steering committees.
