Cloud Support Officer | Cloud Data Products
Support secure cloud-based data products and services in an agile environment, providing user support, incident resolution and operational support. The role is based onsite in Barton, with flexible working arrangements considered case-by-case subject to operational requirements and approval.

Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks
- Provide first-level support, triage and resolution for cloud data product users.
- Monitor service performance, investigate incidents and support service reliability.
- Support cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements.
- Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Criteria
- Minimum three years' experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
