Senior Account Manager - Recruitment

Build and strengthen client relationships as a Senior Account Manager with Compas, supporting account management, client engagement and the delivery of recruitment and services solutions.

Essential Tasks

• Manage and strengthen relationships across key client accounts.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate responsive recruitment solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Work closely with the Compas team to support high-quality client outcomes.

Key Criteria

• Strong experience in account management, client relationship management or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Commercial focus with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
